Other Fees
  • Application & Assessment Fee: A one-time application fee of AED 525 for new students (this includes the Assessment Fee) – Non-refundable & due at the time of assessment.
  • Registration fee: The registration fee will be charged and is due within 7 days from receiving the Offer Letter. After receipt of both the signed Offer Letter and the Registration fee, a seat is reserved. This fee will be deducted from the total tuition fee of the relevant academic year.
  • Refund of registration fee: Should a student choose not to take the reserved seat, the fee will not be refunded. Should the seat be cancelled for a reason out of the parents’ control (employment relocation to outside of the UAE or employment termination causing departure from the UAE), the full registration fee will be refunded once parents have submitted the necessary documents (letter from the employer, proof of cancellation of visa) or a school confirmation.
  • Re-enrolment Fees (Existing Students): 5% of Annual Tuition Fee– Non-refundable and due end of April of the current academic year.

Tuition fees do not include: school trips and excursions, holiday camps, transportation, uniforms, food & beverage and extracurricular activities, school ID’s, class photos, exams.

Lifetime Sibling Discounts

Families eligible for the scheme will continue to receive the incentive for the lifetime of their journey with South View School. The discount is as follows:

  • 2nd child - 5% discount on Annual Fee
  • 3rd child - 5% discount on Annual Fee
  • 4th child - 10% discount on Annual Fee

This scheme is valid at South View School Dubai and for the lifetime of your family’s journey at our campus. The discounts are applied to the youngest child in the school. All invoices will be adjusted according. The discount will be applied as part of Term 2 invoice. *Terms and Conditions Apply

 

 

REFER A FRIEND PROGRAMME

South View School offers an AED 1500 discount on your youngest child's fees for each new student that you recommend.

Your endorsement of our school through recommendations is greatly appreciated and is acknowledged through this scheme. For each new student successfully enrolled, whom you recommended, you receive one-time payment of AED 1500.

(1) Your child’s name and Student Number MUST be mentioned as remittance advice**

(2) Any bank charges incurred, must be paid by you – the school is not responsible for such charges and will not be able to process your application unless the full Registration Fee is received.

**Please note that if this information is omitted, our accounts department will NOT be able to allocate or track your payment and it will delay the application process.

Please note that, regardless of the mode of payment, we will require the Student Number in order to allocate the Registration Fee to your application. Please ensure that you provide us with the Student Number at the time of payment of the Registration Fee, whether in person or by bank transfer. Subject to us having availability in the year group for which you have applied, our Admissions department will contact you at the relevant time to discuss the next stage of the application process.

Once we have received and allocated the Registration Fee, our Admissions department will contact you to discuss your application further. If you have not heard from us within 1 week of paying the Registration Fee, please contact Admissions to ensure that your payment has been allocated to your application.

Please be aware that if we have not received the Registration Fee within 30 days of the Application Form having been submitted, your application will be removed from our system and you will need to re-apply.
