South View School has achieved a significant milestone and is now officially recognized as a fully accredited British Schools Overseas (BSO) school and a proud, accredited member of the Council of British International Schools (COBIS).

This prestigious BSO accreditation, endorsed by the UK Government’s Department for Education (DfE), is a testament to the exceptional quality of personalized education provided at South View School. The inspection team was deeply impressed by the dedication and commitment shown by parents, students, and teachers, highlighting the strong sense of togetherness and mutual support that defines our community.

Becoming a member of COBIS is an exciting milestone for the school. COBIS is an international organization with over 350 member schools, linking students and teachers across the world to support learning and good citizenship. As a COBIS member, South View School gains access to a wide array of benefits, including quality professional learning opportunities for staff, online networking, and the chance for students to participate in various COBIS competitions, awards, and activities, fostering global friendships within the COBIS network.

Furthermore, SVS now has access to training and other key resources such as the ICPC, Prohibition Order checks, and safeguarding training to ensure our staff are the very best. While the standard BSO inspection cycle occurs every three years, South View School is determined to actively pursue its journey of excellence. The target of an "Outstanding" rating is a school priority and the BSO inspection team will be invited back in October 2025 for a further inspection.

South View School is a British curriculum international school that offers an exceptional and unique educational experience to students aged 3 to 18 from over 83 different countries. The school is located close to the Expo 2020 site and in proximity to Dubai's prime expat communities of Remraam, Mudon, Mira, Damac Hills and Arabian Ranches.

SVS offers the UK National Curriculum for England across the age range beginning with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) for 3–4-year-olds, the Primary phase for 5–11-year-olds and the secondary phase for those aged 11 years and over, including IGCSE and culminating with A-levels and BTEC qualifications prior to university entry.
